Throughout the summer, we took part in the company’s ‘Be FIT with O-Laf’ sports challenge. Our aim was to cover (by bike or on foot) enough kilometres to raise a total of 10,000 zlotys for specialist therapy for our colleague Sława, who has a disability. We got all our teams involved in the campaign – from the seaside right up to the mountains.
Together, we cycled and walked (ran) over 17,000 km (12,000 by bike and 5,000 on foot), which enabled us to achieve our goal!
On Tuesday, Headteacher Anna Jędras, together with Iwona Czarnecka – Contracts Manager – visited Sława in Kalisz to symbolically present her with the 10,000 zł prize raised by her colleagues! We will transfer this sum to the account of the medical facility that will be providing Sława’s treatment.
We’re keeping our fingers crossed that our friend’s treatment is successful!
