We have commenced another building project. On behalf of the developer GGW Development Grynhoff, Woźny, we are constructing two residential buildings as part of the Hawelańska development in Poznań. Each of these buildings will have a two-level underground car park, whilst above ground we will erect reinforced concrete structures reaching the 11th and 9th floors respectively.
On behalf of Lafbud, the construction is being managed by Adam Szmania, to whom we wish every success in carrying out the contract, for which we have 18 months, as stipulated in the agreement.
