We have completed a two-day training on FIDIC – the standard that sets the rules for managing infrastructure projects in the construction industry.
Why is this important for us? Because FIDIC means clearly defined procedures, responsibilities of all parties, effective risk management, and transparent communication. By following these principles, we can manage projects consciously – from the very first line in the contract to the completion of works.
During the training, we discussed contract conditions, the roles of participants in the investment process, as well as issues related to risk and claims management. This knowledge forms a solid foundation that helps our team better understand the challenges of investment projects and respond to them in a responsible way.
