Right in the city center, Kolejova1 is taking shape – a modern 16-storey residential building with a 3-storey underground parking hall. This development will enrich the skyline of Poznań and become a distinctive landmark of the Łazarz district.
The project combines two perspectives – contemporary architecture and respect for the history of the place. Kolejova1 draws inspiration from the rich heritage of Łazarz while including the renovation of original architectural elements that emphasize its unique character.
The structural shell is being delivered by Lafrentz Construction. Our role is to ensure durability, precision, and top-quality execution – values we always put first. The investor of the project is Novaform Polska Sp. z o.o.
