The past few weeks have been incredibly busy for us – packed with training sessions, conferences, business meetings and a string of new contracts.
One of the key events we had the pleasure of attending was #ConTech2025 – a gathering of experts from the construction industry, public administration and infrastructure sector organisations. The discussions focused on topics related to digitalisation and the role of artificial intelligence in modern construction.
During the panel discussions and thematic sessions, we addressed topics including:
– the digitalisation of public procurement and upcoming legal changes;
– the use of AI in construction site monitoring and risk management;
– the automation of document workflows;
– the development of engineering staff skills in the context of the growing role of technology.
Key takeaways:
– AI supports – it does not replace
.- Data standardisation (e.g. BIM) is the cornerstone of effective digitalisation
.- Technology is one thing, but the greatest challenge remains people and their willingness to change.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the inspiring discussions, the exchange of experiences and the participants’ commitment.
#ConTech2025 has confirmed that only the synergy of law, technology and practice will enable us to fully realise the potential of digital transformation in the construction industry.
