The Local Trends Congress took place on 17-18 October at the MTP Congress Centre in Poznań. It is a project initiated by the Mayor of Poznań, Jacek Jaskowiak, and the Mayor of Sopot, Jacek Karnowski. Its aim is to initiate a substantive and constructive discussion on the development of Polish self-governance and the country. One of the leading themes of the forum was the need for changes in the energy sector, necessitated by the current market situation (energy prices, coal shortage, war in Ukraine, EU directives). Participating in the event enabled us to learn about the needs of local government officials in the context of the energy transition. We are ready to support local authorities in this process. We have the necessary knowledge, resources and staff to achieve the goal and, most importantly, we are strongly oriented and motivated on eliminating carbon footprint, achieving energy independence and improving the quality of the air we all breathe.

RES projects are led by LafEnergy.
