The Lafrentz Construction team is carrying out the next stage of the Unii Lubelskiej Vita housing estate in Poznań. This modern residential development has been designed with the comfort and convenience of future residents in mind.
We have recently completed the construction of the 6th above-ground floor. The reinforced concrete structure has now passed the halfway point – the building will ultimately consist of 12 floors. The project includes 285 apartments, 7 commercial units, and a two-level underground parking garage.
Thanks to the dedication of our team and efficient coordination of works, the investment is progressing fully in line with the schedule. As the general contractor, Lafrentz Construction is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of the project – from obtaining the building permit to the delivery of the finished facility.
The Vita estate has been designed for everyday comfort, offering green areas, recreational spaces, and excellent connections to the city center.
