With 110 flats, the key priority was to ensure process consistency and full coordination of materials logistics. As the sole partner responsible for the entire project, we relieved the developer of the burden of managing numerous subcontractors and resolving conflicts on site. This enabled the project to be completed efficiently within six months and the property to be prepared for letting in time for the season that was crucial for the investor.
