At Cavallia, we proved that the right interior design can overcome sales barriers even in the case of the most challenging flat layouts. Thanks to the bespoke design and visualisations we produced, the property was sold virtually ‘on the spot’ – immediately after the new interior concept was presented. This project laid the foundations for our long-term collaboration, as we demonstrated to the developer that we can effectively maximise the value of every square metre.
