The contract covers the supervision of the design and construction of the S61 expressway: the Szczuczyn – Ełk Południe section. The section is approximately 23 km long. The planned completion time is 29 months, excluding the winter months (15 December to 15 March). The project will involve the construction of two sections of the dual-carriageway S61 expressway, together with the construction of service roads, engineering structures and environmental protection facilities, as well as the refurbishment of selected local roads.
