Ten students from the Geodetic and Road Engineering School Complex in Poznań joined the Lafrentz Construction, Project, and Consulting teams, taking part in internships within the Road Construction Technician Program.
For several weeks, they had the opportunity to experience what everyday work in our industry looks like – from the inside. Under the guidance of our specialists, they participated in real projects, gaining insight into the practical aspects of the profession they are studying.
For many of them, this was not only a valuable learning experience but also an important confirmation of their chosen career path. As the participants themselves said:
“Every week brought new experiences and knowledge. After this internship, I feel more motivated to continue learning.”
