The project ‘Design and construction of the S3 Legnica (A4) – Lubawka, on the section from the Legnica II junction (excluding the junction) to the Bolków junction (including the junction)” has been classified as a high-priority government project. The need for its construction stems from the requirement to establish a transit road network within the country. The implementation of this project is one of the elements of bringing the road infrastructure into line with European standards and is planned to be funded from EU funds.
